    BSOD PLAYING BF 3 or BFBC2 ox00000116

Sound loop and freezing. Occasionally BCOD. Have to hard boot the PC to work again. New Water cooled unit temps under 40 on all fronts. Any help sure would be awesome. Tried different video card, ram, sound card. Drivers up to date. Could it be a bad power supply? I put a multi meter o it whenit crashes it doesnt drop below 12.5V. thanks All.

You are having multiple different BSODs, pointing from the display to the storage.

Before starting troubleshooting, it will be the best that you update the BIOS to Version 2012 from Motherboard - Z97-A - ASUS .... there must be some reason that they updated the BIOS so frequently.

Also, test your HDDs using Seatools. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use
    how-use.html

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark. Take a screenshot of the furmark window before closing it. Upload the screenshot for us.

Stress test the CPU. It saves the result as a .txt file in the prime95's folder. Upload the file for us.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors. Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

    Let us know the results.
