Bsod driver_power_state_failure

I have been receiving the following error for over a year now. I have been unable to fix it. I am hoping that someone on this forum can assist. It happens whenever the computer goes into sleep mode.

Attached hopefully is the necessary information.

Thanks.

Hello, snelgin welcome to Seven Forums. I will try to help you with your problem. The only dump file you have lists

Code:
use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.
BugCheck 9F, {3, fffffa80079bda10, fffff80000b9a518, fffffa800b082780}
Probably caused by : pci.sys
Followup: MachineOwner
Which is most likely your Hard drive. However further looking shows

Code:
DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)
A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000003, A device object has been blocking an Irp for too long a time
Arg2: fffffa80079bda10, Physical Device Object of the stack
Arg3: fffff80000b9a518, nt!TRIAGE_9F_POWER on Win7 and higher, otherwise the Functional Device Object of the stack
Arg4: fffffa800b082780, The blocked IRP
Code:
Irp is active with 3 stacks 2 is current (= 0xfffffa800b082898)
No Mdl: No System Buffer: Thread 00000000: Irp stack trace.

Which I am assuming was caused by k57nd60a which is your Broadcom NetLink Gigabit Ethernet NDIS6.x Unified Driver

Please Go to Dell's web page and update all drivers you can, especially the Broadcom and chipset drivers.

Also please uninstall Dameon tools as it is a known cause of BSODs.
Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause of BSOD's.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools.
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
- Double click the executable to open it
- Click the button shown below

If the button it is grayed out, as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can just close the window.
