BSOD playing Diablo 3 - multiple errors

    Hi all,
I have a custom PC for a week now. I'm at my 3rd BSOD. Each time it was a different error message.
Everytime it happened, I was playing Diablo 3 but I am still setting up this PC so it's the only game I have. I don't know if the error is linked to D3.

Attached, you will find my debug log outputted by the tool.

    Thanks for your help!

    *edit*
I feel extremely stupid now as I noticed the site is called *7*forums and I am on the Windows 7 category. I am running windows 8.1..not sure if that is OK?

Uninstall the installed display driver using Display Driver Uninstaller. Then install 347.09 WHQL only. Strictly follow NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems to install the driver.

    Let us know the result.

    Thank you Arc.

    *update*
I downloaded the Guru3D tool and the 347.09 WHQL driver. Before using Guru3D, I opened the page you linked to install the driver.
I just want to make sure of something. On the page you link, they explain how to remove the driver but it is not using Guru3D Display Driver Uninstaller...

    So should I:
    1) Use Display Driver Uninstaller to remove the drivers
    2) Then re install the driver using the page you linked (starting at item #9)

    Hi Arc,
I just completed the steps. Here is what I did.

    1) I used Display Driver Uninstaller in Safe Mode. It rebooted my PC and the resolution was terrible on restart
    2) I went to the page you linked to reinstall and I started from #1. There was an NVIDIA folder and in it a DisplayDriver and in it a number folder which I deleted. My Uninstall Programs list did not have anything NVIDIA
    3) After deleting the folder, just in case, I re booted again (not safe mode)
    4) I reinstalled the driver using 347.09 WQHL exe file you linked and using the tutorial page you linked (so custom, only the options the page says to use, etc).

I rebooted even though NVIDIA's tool did not ask for it. Now the resolution is 2560x1440 as it was

If I open GeForce Experience control panel, it says there is a new update (GeForce Experience 2.2.2). I did not download it.
Also, in the drivers tab of GeForce Experience CP, it shows a new driver (347.25). I did not install it.

    So my questions:
    1) Should I update GeForce Experience to 2.2.2?
    2) Should I update driver via the CP to 347.25? (I presume not!)
    3) Should I rescan and repost something or go on with my normal stuff and see if I recrash?

    Thanks for your help!

The resolution was terrible at restart because there was no display driver installed at that stage. The least display that you got was provided by vgapnp, not by the graphics card. It came back in action after installing the nvidia driver again.

Personally I dont use GeForce Experience. I think it is not anything very essential. If it is required for any of your needs, you may use it and update it. Otherwise better you uninstall it.

I try/test all the nvidia display drivers before make any suggestions, and my experience with 347.25 is not very good (I got some heavy mouse lags under stress). So I stepped back to 347.09, and suggesting you to stay with it.

Use the computer normally now (that means, what you usually do, how you usually use it). Let us know for any further BSOD. Ok? :)

    Thank you so much!
I never used GeForce Experience. It came with my computer so I thought it was the new way to update drivers. It'll go away now!
I'll stick to 347.09 and will follow this forum to see whenever a stable future update appears!

I'll test my PC through the weekend and if I get no BSOD, I'll come back and mark as solved!

    Thanks again! :)

Frankly speaking, your crash dumps revealed display/graphics related issues. Display driver is just one item that is associated with it. There are other elements too which may cause/contribute to the issue. So a sharp observation is very required. If situation demands, we will have to do further checks.

    Hi Archie.
Saturday and Sunday, all went perfectly fine. Then on Monday, I had another BSOD It was while playing D3 again (but that's really all I do...).

First time, I got a BSOD saying "KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE". PC rebooted. Then on Tuesday, I was alt-tabbed and noticed a popup in the bottom right in my task bar saying:

Display driver stopped responding and has recovered
Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 347.09 stopped responding and has successfully recovered

Not sure what is wrong Is there something I can upload to show you what happened to try to troubleshoot?

I've uploaded a CPUID screenshot during gaming. I don't think I have anything overheating...

edit1: i'm editing as within 5 minutes after writing this message, the popup in the bottom right happened 3 times. The screen goes black and after 10 seconds, I get the image back with the popup in the taskbar...

edit2: just in case it is needed, here is a screenshot of GPU-Z. I've started also logging sensors to a file in case it is needed: http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/15/01/28/44a.png

Adding to a separate post as now I am seriously worried. I am getting that popup in chains now. Every 10 mins or so since I posted. Maybe even more often...what is happening?
This is a pic of my CPUID since I posted the post above so within that time, it did the popup of recoverring the display maybe 5 or 6 times..

I downloaded GPUtest from here (GpuTest 0.7.0 Released (Win / Linux / OS X), New FP64 OpenGL 4 Test and Online GPU Database | Geeks3D) and after running it for about 20 seconds, it crashes and gives me an NVIDIA error and closes the tool...

I'm worried my GPU might be dying (this is a BRAND new PC, like 2 weeks old...)

A stop 0x139. I have dealt with a very little few of those issues, but never ended up successfully. Actually we know very little about that bugcheck code. But ... the other statement is more vital than this one.

Though the popup says that the driver failed, but it is not the driver mostly. Generally it is some random failure from the part of the graphics card .... too random to be detected by a stress test.

We already have noticed that multiple version of the display drivers are causing issues. A hardware test also yielded the same.

Now, you may do one and only one more thing before dumping the graphics card. Go to Drivers | GeForce .... take any other driver version (from those are shown in the screenshot below) and see how it goes. If the display issue continues (BSOD or this popup), there will be nothing more to do but changing the card.
