BSOD; mostly when waking from sleep, Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit

I had problems with my PC getting BSOD's when waking from sleep at the end of last year (new build). At the time the problem was identified as coming from AVAST antivirus, which has since been removed.

Since then things seemed ok for some time, but then the BSODs began again. Mostly, they're occurring when the computer wakes from sleep, but not every time. It does seem to be occurring more and more frequently.

A handful of the blue-screen errors have occurred when my system drive suddenly stops registering on my motherboard; this is (I believe) a separate issue. Possibly due to a problematic SATA port or PSU issue (though if my dump files shed any light on that I'd be happy to be enlightened).

I have attached all of the files gathered by the SF Diagnostic Tool. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Will download this tool now and try and get it running. Is that from just one dump/bluescreen file? As mentioned a few of them seem related to a drive issue, and only some are from the sleep issue.

No new firmware for the SSD though, ethernet driver also seems up to date

Do I need to back up my data before-hand? That could take a while since I don't have any suitable media right now. :\

Hi, I don't know what the problem is, but I've had two BSODs in the past week, which worries me a little. Both occurred within a minute or so of resuming from sleep mode. They have different error codes (one is IQRL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL and the other is ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY), so maybe...
