a permanent bsod after windows 7 logo

    Hello
I am using windows 7 SP1 ,I am using this version for over than 2 years now and never faced this problem, now I am getting a permanent Bsod 0x0000006B after windows logo.
I made some investigations and read a lot about the problem all over the internet and still can't figure out how to solve it
solutions I tried:1)windows repair but it didn't work and didn't find any problems,2)windows restore point but it didn't help either,3)I deleted bootcache file located in codeintegrity folder but it didn't work either.
4)now I copied other bootcache file from other PC to a USB drive and using windows repair options I could copy the file into the codeintegrity folder, after I did that windows started but it seems like the new bootcache file corrupted my VGA driver so after installing a new vga driver or just restarting my pc again the same problems happen again and again and now I have to copy and paste the bootcache file every time I need to use my PC
any other things I should inspect or do,I want installing a new system to be last resolution
