DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE ntoskrnl.exe had this twice now :( help plz

had a BSOD twice now because of this.

It happens when I let the pc in sleep mode when I'm off to work.

The pc will turn on though for a smart backup that back ups files I selected each 30 min. After a period of inactivity of 5 min my pc will go back to sleep.

And this repeats for the rest of the day, night until I log in again.

However this BSOD troubles me. I think I should resolve it.

It seems to be a common issue related to a driver or so?

Should I download and apply this hotfix?
"0x0000009F" Stop error in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2 when the computer enters or resumes from the Soft Off (S5) power state

I know you guys are busy but all I need to know is a yes or no on using the patch.

If that doesn't work we can try an other route.
