Running 64-bit Alienware M14x and almost every time I restart my laptop I get BSOD with error 0x0000000A.
I ran Bluescreen view and it said there's a problem with ntoskrnl.exe.

    Any help is appreciated.

Here's a screenshot from bluescreenview... can someone please help? I really don't want to have to factory reset.

    Hi deafosho.

Uninstall Norton and all Symantec products using Norton Removal tool.

Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Let us know for any further BSOD.
