A lot of various issues, BSOD's seem to happen randomly.

I have been having non-stop issues with this desktop for a WHILE now. Various blue screen issues, graphical glitches and seemly random file corruption in game files have all been an issue.
I updated BIOS to the latest version, updated graphics drivers as often as possible, but I STILL get issues.

The most recent issues seem to be that after a while in games, graphical glitches occur in as small portion of my screen (a small square to the left seems to pull images from other parts of the screen and "elongated textures" occur at certain points. (random example from online)). The PC then may crash the game (and other programs at the same time), blue screen, corrupt some of the games files, or everything may just go black, sometimes several.

Blue screens have varied over time but seem to have a theme and stick to it, very often at the same address. The current flavor is bug check code 116 caused by dxgkrnl.sys.

I have run memtest86+ twice with over 8 passes with no issues detected, updated my bios, installed all windows updates, run antivirus, updated my graphics drivers... I'm at the end of my rope. Can anyone think of any reasons for this? Have I missed something in my build?

Seems that the 116 BSOD's trigger when the driver cannot be restarted... hung twice an hour apart in the game "cs:go".

I also seem to be able to trigger a different bluescreen by "comparing" two large files in notepad++ (Although it's probably just triggered by using a large amount of memory...?).

Just did a complete *clean* reinstall of all ATI drivers... still getting the same 116 bluescreen at address dxgkrnl.sys+5d134

After removing the graphics card, giving it a quick anti-dust and replacement, the 0x116 bluescreens seem to have stopped. However, I am still experiencing an odd recurring graphical glitch and have a new bluescreen type!

APC_INDEX_MISMATCH caused by ntoskrnl.exe, but still has the same crash address.
    Weird.
