    BSOD Randomly when starting a game

    I get the BSOD whenever I'm about to get in a game e.g CS:GO. But this doesn't happen all the time. It happens about once a day. Usually I wouldn't find this a problem but I get banned if my computer doesn't boot up fast enough. I have used the SF Diagnostic Tool and the zip is here. Please help.

    OS Manufacturer:           Microsoft Corporation
    OS Configuration:          Standalone Workstation
    OS Build Type:             Multiprocessor Free
    Registered Owner:          Riiku
    Registered Organization:
    Product ID:                00426-OEM-9154243-35566
    Original Install Date: 1/22/2015, 6:54:43 PM
    System Boot Time: 2/6/2015, 6:38:15 PM
    System Manufacturer:       System manufacturer
    System Model:              System Product Name
    System Type:               x64-based PC
    Code:
    Hotfix(s):                 N/A
    Then deal with your graphics driver,

    Code:
    BugCheck 116, {fffffa800878e4e0, fffff88003eaeefc, 0, 2}
