BSOD playing Total Club Manager 2004

Hey guys! I'm posting my stepdads dump since he isn't too great with tech stuff so bear with me if I can't give you all the accurate info needed. This morning he told me last night a blue screen popped up while he was playing Total Club Manager 2004 and his laptop shut down right after. He didnt touch the computer anymore until i was awake so I could figure out the problem.

Could you guys give me a little help?

    Thanks in advance!

Check the NVidia site to see if there is an updated video driver for the GT240M. If there is, install it following this guide exactly:
    NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems

    Also do this:
Run a minimum of 8 consecutive passes, preferably overnight, or until errors occur using MemTest86+.
