Blue screen 0x00000024, ntfs.sys (SonicWall NetExtender?)
I have a pretty stable self-built computer, the specs of which are in my profile. Looking at my Event Viewer, I have had one critical error since July, and I think that may have been caused by a power failure in our house.
Yesterday, to allow remote access to my work computer, I installed SonicWall NetExtender. I remained logged in to my work computer for 4+ hours during that time, doing some simple Outlook email on it.
Today, I'd been logged in remotely for maybe 90 minutes, and when using Word (Word 2000 to be specific, don't laugh) on my local computer, I got a BSOD. I've attached the required debug file.
Some other information that may be relevant:
1. I've attached the information from BlueScreenView (how do I copy/paste the text from this so I can include it here, versus showing an image of the information?)
2. My version of SonicWall NetExtender, which I downloaded following instructions given to me by my office IT, is 6.0.191, dated 2012. Not sure if a 2-3-year-old version is the relevant and most current one.
Although I can't reflexively blame NetExtender for crashing my computer, the computer's stable history, and the fact that I just installed NetExtender less than 20 hours ago, makes me suspicious.
