milku,
Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSODs.
Code:Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP (4 procs) Free x64 Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS Built by: 7600.16385.amd64fre.win7_rtm.090713-1255

- Service Pack and Update Center - Microsoft Windows
Report us for any further BSOD after installing Service Pack 1.
might have been caused by faulty ram(single stick) ? just asking. each time ran memtest BSODs happened !
Might be .... there is a fair chance. But if you dont have SP1 installed, it is not only you who is at a risk, it is me too who will face glitches in your data.
Anyway, as you have doubt, test your RAM modules for possible errors. Use memtest86+ only, not anything else. Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
Let us know.
I'll keep updating. thanx for your responses.
Thanx bhai it was faulty ram, detected by memtest86+
Was under warranty,got replaced. :)
