3 BSODS in 13 days. error codes: 0xBE, 0x3B, 0x1E_c0000005_R

Hello,

I've had 3 crashes this month, which seems to identify a problem with my machine. The thing is, I can't seem to find anything in common between the crashes. Nothing seems to match in any of the logs. As far as I can tell two of the crashes indicate some sort of network driver problem, while the newest one blames the antivirus (avast free). Two of the crashes happened while the machine was idle. The middle crash, from 8th of feb, happened while i was playing league of legends. I'm stumped, any ideas would be appreciated.

My problem seems to match the one described in this thread :
Win7 was asleep; then, BSOD

I'll try the solution there (uninstalling avast and getting ms security essentials).


I've been meaning to close this. The problem stopped after removing avast. Thanks for the help.

Apparently it looks like the antivirus is causing blockage to the network which is causing the BSODs.

Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Let us know the results. Further actions may be needed depending on the situation.
