    Bad_Pool_Header

My Toshiba L450 laptop reboots every 3 or 4 hours. I get the bsod with bad pool header. It restarts & everything is fine until the next bad pool header error. It has been doing this for a few weeks now. I have attached my log file. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Your first ZIP file attachment was empty. Additional information is required.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Wayne, a 22kb ZIP file is always empty.

When you run the tool, are you getting any feedback from it? is it creating other ZIP files on your desktop?

    DMP files

I have attached my logs. Can somebody tell me how to open/decipher these?
    Thanks

Re-run the Dm Log Collector application and generate a new ZIP file. This time do NOT remove any files from it! A ZIP file full of .dmp files only is as useless as an ashtray on a motorbike. There is is a reason we ask for the other files - they are needed to investigate the problem fully.

    new files

    Hi Golden
I don't think these are the files that you require. They are still as useless as an ash tray on a motorcycle. These are the only ones that are showing up on my desktop. A folder with SD debug folder shows up temporarily but then disappear. What am I doing wrong? Please help
    Thanks
