BSOD when putting the computer to sleep or hibernate

My HP DV7-7135US has begun recently begun crashing while going to sleep. I've had the laptop for several years and it randomly crashed when going to sleep or hibernate. It always hangs after turning off the sound (light goes out) but before turning off the wireless/bluetooth hardware and fingerprint reader. Sent the laptop to HP, their solution was to wipe and reload it. Still had issues. Reloaded my backup image and reinstall/repaired the wireless/bluetooth software, finger print software and drivers. It finally worked ok with occasional crashes for the past year. Last week while traveling it began to crash and get the BSOD. I have tried repeating my previous repairs with no luck. I don't know what is causing the system to crash now.

I greatly appreciate any help provided. Log files attached.

    Thanks for the help.
I got the latest update, rebooted and tried putting the laptop to sleep. I went to sleep perfectly and woke back up fine. I used it for about two hours, closed the lid and it hung. I had to press the power button to power it down. Since I pushed the power button there was no .dmp file.
    I opened Bluescreenviewer and this was the last .dmp file info: ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+e5b92 fffff800`0321e000 fffff800`03805000 0x005e7000 0x54b5f6ff 1/13/2015 11:56:31 PM Microsoft® Windows® Operating System NT Kernel & System 6.1.7601.18717 (win7sp1_gdr.150113-1808) Microsoft Corporation C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
Next it hangs, I'll let it crash and see if it's the same error.

    Hm, run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

I started getting random BSOD on 2/12 after a windows update (i think). I think it is when the computer goes to sleep the bsod happens as im never around when it does. I tried doing a system restore to 2/11 but that didn't help either. I updated all my drivers and i am still having issues. Going to run memtest86 tonight to see if my memory has gone bad.

    Laith,
I ran DDU and reinstalled the video drivers as suggested. I got the laptop to go to sleep once. It crashed the second time I tried. I ran Bluescreenviewer again and the only common denominator is the ntoskrnl.exe aty bug check 0x0000009f. I searched Google and found a link to SevenForums for a Hotfix from Microsoft. I ran the Hotfix for Windows (KB2459268). The laptop went to sleep twice. I thought I finally had it fixed. It wasn't, the third time was a failure. I suspect the error is occurring when it tries to shut down the wireless/bluetooth module. I have the latest drivers from HP.
When the Sleep mode is successful the following happens:
    1. The display goes dark.
    2. The sound indicator light goes to orange (sound off) to completely off (dark).
    3. The WiFi/Bluetooth light goes from White (on) to Orange (off) to Off (dark).
    4. The power button goes from solid white (on) to blinking. The laptop is now asleep.

When it fails to go to Sleep:
    1. The display goes dark.
    2. The sound indicator light goes to orange (sound off) to completely off (dark).
    3. The WiFi/Bluetooth light stays white (on).
    4. The Power light stays solid white.
5 After some period of time the laptop shuts off.
    6. Upon restart the warning message appears that Windows did not shut down properly and asks how to start.

I appreciate all the help. Any other suggestions?

Yes, your right. I looked up your event viewer and it seems like the TCP/IP NetBIOS is causing it. Update it

    Laith,
I'm not sure what to do next. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all the network drivers and hardware. I've verified all the TCP/IP NetBIOS settings are correct. I've run the flush and refresh commands. All to no avail. The laptop always fails at the point of turning off the WiFi. It never has that issue when powering down though. I've getting ready to do a clean install of Windows 7 (probably on a SSD). That is not something I enjoy. Is there anything else you can think of to check?

One thing that comes to my mind is updating the BIOS, if that dosen't work you will have to replace the network/WiFi adapter.
