error code : 0x1000007e while watching videos on youtube.

hello, I've had this rather peculiar problem as of late upon where while watching some form of video (usually happens while on youtube by coincidence) the audio will stutter everything will freeze and my pc will just restart. Initially I made nothing of it the first time and just ran start up repair. It wasn't until it happened again that I started to wonder what, I ended up running memtest86 and it detected errors on one of my ram cards. I originally removed the card and thought everyone would be ok and I could simply replace the ram down the line, however the same issue presented itself again, this time though I had downloaded bluescreenview to get more information and this was the result from the dmp

I asked for help on memtest's forums and the admin said that the error is related to direct x and my graphics drivers, thus far I've updated the drivers for intel's HD graphics and have been alright so far, however I'm still rather paranoid over the issue. My biggest fear is that my motherboard or cpu could be failing, and I'm tight on funds to replace them. I'm just hoping for some answers so I can pinpoint and rule out possible causes.
