Random BSOD, no minidump

    Is that web cam connected to the computer via usb? Some newer computers have ports come with both usb 2 and usb 3. Some usb 2.0 won't work if plugged into a usb 3.0 port even though it is suppose to be backwards compatible. Usually, you can tell a usb 3.0 slot will be blue.

    Keyboard that came with your computer plug into usb 3.0 slot.
    Mouse if it says 3.0 you can plug it into 3.0 usb slot, if not plug it into 2.0 usb slot.
    Webcam if it says 3.0 you can plug it into 3.0 usb slot, if not plug it into 2.0 usb slot.

    Also if you use a 1.0 usb device don't plug that into a 3.0 usb slot it most likely won't work, plug it into a usb 2.0 slot.

    That if you have usb 3.0 slots.


    One other suggestion, if the above doesn't work or you don't have any 3.0 usb slots. Try unplugging your webcam for awhile and see if you get a blue screen error.

    Okay, I moved some cords around, so that only my keyboard is plugged into USB 3.0. Everything else is plugged into USB 2.0 .

    The following errors occur on every boot...
    Line 916: The AODDriver4.2.0 service failed to start due to the following error: File Not found
    Line 932: The AODDriver4.3 service failed to start due to the following error: File Not found
    Line 1023: The MySQL service failed to start due to the following error: File Not found
    Line 1444: The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device WpdBusEnumRoot\UMB\2&37c186b&0&STORAGE#VOLUME#_??_USBSTOR#DISK&VEN_GENERIC-&PROD_USB3.0_CRW-CF#MD&REV_1.00#201006010301&0#.

    AMD Support and Game Forums - AODDriver 4.2.0 service failed to start and Solved AODDriver 4.2.0 service failed to start may give you some help about the first two errors.

    Thanks for the info NoelDP,

    I tried deleting the two AODDrivers from the registry but it kept saying access denied, so these will still be a problem. What should I do next for these?

    I was able to delete the MySql entities from the registry.

    The WUDFRd driver was changed per directions from here. The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device... error
    I went to services.msc, changed "Windows Driver Foundation" to automatic, and restarted.

    Here is the new log:

    The service you changed is not the one in the report - please change it back to Manual Start.

    Please open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands...

    SC QC WUDFRd
    SC QUERYEX WUDFRd

    post the results.
    Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
    1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
    2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
    3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.
