Im thinking it is ATI because atimdag.sys is a system file for the video card. You are getting this bsod because the drivers are most likely to be outdated. So go to your manufactures site and get the video card driver. Put that onto a flash drive or cd. Next, Ive attached a site, go to that site and download Hiren boot cd. Extract those files to the place where you put the driver. Next, boot from the flash drive and wait for it to boot. Now, navigate to your flash drive or cd and download and install the driver BUT DON'T RESTART! Then once that is done, navigate to your hard drive and click on Windows then system32 then drivers. Find atikmdag.sys and rename it atikdag.sys.old. Now navigate to the Ati folder which is usually right when you enter the hard drive. Find atikmdag.sy_ and right click it copy it to the desktop. Now go to the start menu and run cmd. Go to the desktop directory by typing chdir Desktop. Now type expand.exe -r atikmdag.sy_ atikmdag.sys. Once that is done, copy the newest atikmdag.sys file to C:\windows\system32\drivers. Now restart and it should work!

Scroll down for driver, enter captcha and click download file. Then click on the file name. It is safe I have tested it!:)
    Hope this works!!!
