Hello and welcome stathis now mate just as it says on the screen have you installed any new hardware or software recently? if it is hardware then check to see if it is installed (seated if a plug in) firmly. If it is software then what?

Now two things you have to do is give us some system specs mate as it is like working in the dark not knowing what is in the machine https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

and also download the dump files please they can get us to the seat of the problem - generally speaking however it does look like a driver problem from what I have researched.

    Please post back same.

Now I am not very experienced with this at the moment but I do see references to something amiss with the USB hubs. Now do you have a USB hub attached to the machine? Plus I am wondering if the drivers for the USB ports might need updating.

Now to make sure we are getting the right ones can you check under the machine for the PART NO see pic - it is of what is on my old Toshiba L550 it determines where the machine was made and whee it was made for - to get parts for if needed.

Yes, a mouse is always attached to the usb. Twice a day I use an external driver and a usb flash drive. The Part No is: PSPGSE – 0RG00FGE and the volts on the adaptor: DC 19V – 6.3A. I’ve checked with Advanced Drive Updater the drivers are updated.

I’ve notice that the message (pop up at the right corner), when the usb drive is ready to take it off is not appearing any more for almost a week now. BSOD when I turn off my computer, has started 3 weeks now and I had this problem for a week when I change my hard drive with a new one and made a format. After that was back to normal and when I’ve tried to update my drivers with software it started again.

The problem is the driver for the YUAN TV-tuner. This is an OEM provided driver from Toshiba. Check for an update here:
Support :: Toshiba :: Computers, Laptops/Notebooks, Tablets, Televisions, DVD and Blu-Ray Players, Camcorders, Storage, Accessories, and more

If none is available, you can try here:
    Video Converter,HD Capture Card,HD H.264 Capture Card,Analog H.264 Capture Card,Industrial PC Video Card,IPC,Portable Capture | YUAN High-Tech

If no updated driver is available, then unfortunately the only other option is the replace the device with an alternate one.

       Note
Next time you post about BSOD's, follow the instructions at the top of the page so you post ALL the information required
