Hi arc

thank you for your help.

i managed to get the full story of the laptop - when it was bought it kept doing the same thing, it was sent in and came back they worked on it and within a day the same issue occurred - their solution lock it in a cupboard for 2 years. they passed the laptop on and it was brought to me to have a look. after all our attempts i declared it a paper weight and returned it.
