You need to do two things.
First of all, you have to believe and understand that QuickHeal is crap. Its desi, its cheap, it shows performance visually, but it does not do what is supposed to. Plus it contributes to BSOD and causes other issues there.
Uninstall QuickHeal as it is contributing to your BSOD.

Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Next, go to Intel Customer Support ... search for any possible update to your WiFi driver. It is failing.
