Random BSOD and freezes after new build

Hello, i recently put together some new hardware + some of my old (RAM and HDD) and now my pc is acting weird. I have trouble finding the core of my problem but so far i'm 90% sure it's not software issue. Every morning i plug and power up the pc, it gets stuck either on the bios or windows loading screen, then after the reboot it could run fine for the rest of the day and no amount of load will make it crash (games, stress tests, u name it). On a bad day however i get all kinds of freezes and bsod, load or no load. Consistent way to make the computer freeze is to go watch a video or stream that uses flash player for some reason. So far i tried reinstalling windows, drivers all kinds of virus and error scans also tried with another hdd and another gpu, the problem persists. Nothing is overclocked or overheating.

Here is the BSOD info and the dump files.

Hello, Poofoo, I'll try to help you. You had 2 dump files, both with the same error code.
    Code:
Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.
    BugCheck A, {1, d, 1, fffff80002cd72b0}
    Probably caused by : hardware ( amdppm!C1Halt+2 )
    Followup: MachineOwner
Please go into bios and look at your sata controller and see what mode it is set to (IDE, AHCI or Raid). Set optimized defaults, set your ram to the manufacturer's specs, set your sata controller to what it is right now, set the boot order, save and exit. Change nothing else.

Where did you download your Motherboard drivers from? You are having a lot of Network related errors as well as some memory problems too. let me know if your experience changes after doing the reset in bios. Also, go to the motherboard's web site and update all of your drivers. Do not get them from anywhere else. Let me know the results.

I set the ram to 1600 (still freezing even in bios) and sata mode is set to ACHI - should i leave it like this? Also the drivers i have are from the cd that came with the mobo.

If your current sata mode is AHCI, then set optimized defaults and then set the sata mode to AHCI again, or it probably will not boot at all. Then set your ram timings, frequency and Dram voltage to the Manufacturer's specs, set the boot order, then save and exit. The ram manufacturer's specs are on the package they came in or on a sticker on the side of the ram modules.

Update your drivers from the Asrock site not the DVD. The drivers on the DVD will always be old and the newest versions are always found on the Manufacturer's web site. I believe this is your board, please check and make sure, but the downloads for that board are here ASRock > Fatal1ty 970 Performance. Update your video card drivers from the link I am going to give you below. Please use this method to update the drivers.

I am going to give you some links that will help you get a good clean install and not have any drivers you don't need that will conflict with other drivers. Download a WHQL driver from https://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-c...ndows-7-a.html . Once you have them downloaded, uninstall you current driver from control panel. next clean up any left over drivers from following this tutorial Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling and select only ATI Display Drivers. After you have done that and rebooted, install the new driver, only select custom install and install only what you have to. Very few people need most of what they include. You do not need the audio/HDMI drivers as you already have that in your Motherboard drivers. Unless there is some reason you need them, the only thing you really need is the Display Driver.

When you built the computer did you do a clean install or just move the Operating System from one computer to another one? Also, where did you get the operating system DVD from? I also need what PSU you have installed as well as what CPU cooler you are using. Please add them to your system specs in your user CP or at the bottom left corner of your last post. Just click 'My System Specs' and then the link to update them. Be sure to click save at the bottom of the page. Also make sure all of your system specs are there. We often have to look up components, just like I looked up your Motherboard. So the Manufacturer and model of the components are necessary for us to do that.

Make sure you have run and installed all Windows Updates. Keep checking for updates until there are none. Then please open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Ok i can't find manufacturer's specs anywhere on the package, manual or the ram itself it just says Kingston hyperx 8gb ddr3-1600 CL9 240 - Pin DIMM kit (2pcs.). Currently it's working on 1600mhz, 1.65v, 9-9-9-27. Updated my mobo drivers, uninstalled the video driver from control panel and then with driversweeper and then installed the new one (which i think is the same i had),still got bsod when i opened twitch stream. When i build the pc i went to a friend to upload my drivers to a flash drive since i don't have any ROMs and he also gave me flash with this OS. I did fresh install and again when i tried with the other hard drive and gpu. The cmd scan didn't find any issues. I have also updated my specs with the cooler and psu.

Download and install CPUz CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID then open it and post screenshots
(Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums) of the CPU, mainboard, Memory and SPD tabs. On the SPD tab, you can select each dim slot from a dropdown in the upper left corner. I just need the Dimm Slots with ram installed.

Your ram appears to be set OK. I see one problem is your graphics card. Your card is running at X1 when it should be running at X16.

    Attachment 350827

That may very well be part of your graphics problems. Make sure your card is in the top X16 slot. Can you post some pictures of the inside of your case? Also. read your manual and make sure the ram is in the slots they say for them to be in.

According to the manual the ram is in the priority slots A2, B2 (2,4 blacks). The GPU is in the last slot because it was the only place it could barely fit, i can put it in the first slot but ill have to cut my case, this could take some time. I'll take pictures when i open it.

Ok i've made a HUGE mistake. Clearly i have failed at reading when i build this thing so i had my card plugged here:
    Attachment 350840

    Attachment 350841

I'll be cutting the case tomorrow so i can fit the gpu on the correct slot i just hope i'm not too late and everything is still working.
