Please go into bios and look at your sata controller and see what mode it is set to (IDE, AHCI or Raid). Set optimized defaults, set your ram to the manufacturer's specs, set your sata controller to what it is right now, set the boot order, save and exit. Change nothing else.

Where did you download your Motherboard drivers from? You are having a lot of Network related errors as well as some memory problems too. let me know if your experience changes after doing the reset in bios. Also, go to the motherboard's web site and update all of your drivers. Do not get them from anywhere else. Let me know the results.

If your current sata mode is AHCI, then set optimized defaults and then set the sata mode to AHCI again, or it probably will not boot at all. Then set your ram timings, frequency and Dram voltage to the Manufacturer's specs, set the boot order, then save and exit. The ram manufacturer's specs are on the package they came in or on a sticker on the side of the ram modules.

Update your drivers from the Asrock site not the DVD. The drivers on the DVD will always be old and the newest versions are always found on the Manufacturer's web site. I believe this is your board, please check and make sure, but the downloads for that board are here ASRock > Fatal1ty 970 Performance. Update your video card drivers from the link I am going to give you below. Please use this method to update the drivers.


I am going to give you some links that will help you get a good clean install and not have any drivers you don't need that will conflict with other drivers. Download a WHQL driver from https://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-c...ndows-7-a.html . Once you have them downloaded, uninstall you current driver from control panel. next clean up any left over drivers from following this tutorial Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling and select only ATI Display Drivers. After you have done that and rebooted, install the new driver, only select custom install and install only what you have to. Very few people need most of what they include. You do not need the audio/HDMI drivers as you already have that in your Motherboard drivers. Unless there is some reason you need them, the only thing you really need is the Display Driver.

When you built the computer did you do a clean install or just move the Operating System from one computer to another one? Also, where did you get the operating system DVD from? I also need what PSU you have installed as well as what CPU cooler you are using. Please add them to your system specs in your user CP or at the bottom left corner of your last post. Just click 'My System Specs' and then the link to update them. Be sure to click save at the bottom of the page. Also make sure all of your system specs are there. We often have to look up components, just like I looked up your Motherboard. So the Manufacturer and model of the components are necessary for us to do that.

Make sure you have run and installed all Windows Updates. Keep checking for updates until there are none. Then please open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

(Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums) of the CPU, mainboard, Memory and SPD tabs. On the SPD tab, you can select each dim slot from a dropdown in the upper left corner. I just need the Dimm Slots with ram installed.

Your ram appears to be set OK. I see one problem is your graphics card. Your card is running at X1 when it should be running at X16.

That may very well be part of your graphics problems. Make sure your card is in the top X16 slot. Can you post some pictures of the inside of your case? Also. read your manual and make sure the ram is in the slots they say for them to be in.
