BSOD while watching YouTube, error 0x00000116

Sometimes when I am watching videos on YouTube, the video will stop playing and error message will pop up which reads:
"Driver stopped responding and has recovered
Display driver AMD driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered."

If I try to reload the video after this, the computer will immediately blue screen.

Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
When you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

I have taken these steps and will report back in a couple of days if the problem is solved.
