    Laptop Crashed while on Internet Explorer (Facebook)

    Hello, my computer crashed while I was on Facebook. I had just booted it up, and the screen blinked like it was trying to refresh itself and then it crashed. Can someone help me out here please and look at my dump file?

    I know this is going to come across strange -- did you give your laptop enough time to fully come up to speed, ie, desktop fully loaded and ready to go? Or, was the laptop rushed into service? I ask because I have learned over here that if I rush my desktop or laptop into high-end service before such is really ready -- I will pay a price.

    Yes, I waited like I normally do. It doesn't take it long to boot up.

    I don't mean to be rude, but can someone please take a look at my thread.

    Patience Jesse, I understand it's a frustrating issue. This is an extremely busy section and it may take longer than you'd like sometimes.

    Your single dump is blaming your graphics driver,

    Code:
    BugCheck 116, {fffffa8003b59430, fffff88003ef3a1c, 0, 2}

    There is an updated driver from Acer, see if that fixes it for you,
