    After a couple of different BSOD my laptop doesn't work properly.

    First things first, sorry about the thread title, I'm new to all of this and I had no idea how else to put it.

    After receiving my laptop (2nd hand - I lacked money for a decent device) I started to get blue screens about some non-essential driver malfunctioning, after looking into it I figured I could just disable the driver. This stopped blue screens for about a month, but now it keeps blue screening for different things and the most recent blue screens have rendered it unable to even detect the speakers and network card - haven't yet tried Ethernet cable. I can sometimes log in but as pretty much everything I use my laptop for is online it's just useless now. I have no idea what to upload to this thread or how to get the files, if anyone could help that'd be great. But I'll have to transfer the files over to this laptop - family laptop - to upload. If anyone could help that'd be much appreciated.

    Click on button below ....

    It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

    Okay, firstly, sorry for leaving the thread idle for so long but trying to get the file over to this pc seemed harder than i thought as getting someone to let me use their computer to transfer the files was eh.. difficult.. I switched over the hard drive and now it works - kinda.. still got a couple blue screens and will upload the zip file

    I'll try help out while you wait for Arc. Lots of Ntfs and ataport errors.
    Code:

    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.
