           Current Mode: 1024 x 768 (32 bit) (1Hz)
No driver installed, it is just the port emaluated graphics.

Try to install AMD Catalyst 14.4 WHQL (14.100.0.0 April 17) ...... does it do the same thing? Let us know.
Trying to install it (in safe mode) but I get the "Failed to load detection driver" error

I used the AMD Uninstall Utility and then rebooted. I didn't get a BDOD.

Then I installed that driver you linked to and when I restarted I got a BSOD.

A very strong indication that your graphics is failing. It is not being able to take any driver. But, your AMD Radeon HD 7670M should take all those drivers properly. Have a look .... go to Download Drivers ... put these values there ....
and display results. It results .... Mobile

So 14.4 WHQL also should be applicable for your card.

As laptop graphics are complicated, take it to Toshiba. Ask them to fix it. It may be needed to replace the graphics chip.

Yes, the graphic chip is not being able to carry the driver. When it is the generic display only, there is no BSOD, right?

So you need to send it to Toshiba. If it is out of warranty, they may take a charge.

Laptops are delicate, so I cannot suggest you to open it and do it yourself.
