BSOD - no gaming - multiple apps open(VS, Word, email, browser)

I hope this is not a repost, but your site says I have nothing ever posted and I did 6 days ago. Here is what is going on:
BSOD when just doing what I consider to be normal surfing, working in Word, VS etc. I have attached my file. It is worthy to note that I also had a freeze across my screens with lines a few days ago and a loud buzzing came from my speakers.

    I think it might be my graphics card? Please advise;

    Lorelei

Could be very much a graphics card problem.

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff88011117deb, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff880069c5228, Exception Record Address

Check for updates on the ATI driver. If that does not help, use on board graphics if you have it.

    Graphics integrated and other failures

Koolkat, thanks for your response. I have checked and my driver is updated already. I think that my graphics are indeed only on board versus an external card. As well as the buzzing and black screens too; windows has shut down mulitple times in the last couple weeks saying it had to recover from a failure. I think I might be dealing with hardware failure and the laptop needs to be returned. It is less than 7 months old.

    Thanks,

    Lorelei

I have a new error I believe and have attached the report as well as two images. From what I read on the internet that these screen shots could very well be BSOD that are so jacked they mess with the display. I have on board graphics. Please forgive the light reflection in the pictures.

Please forgive my novice understanding of all of this.

    Thank you,

Hello Lorelei7, I will try to help you with this. But I must tell you that if it were my Laptop and I had the opportunity, I would return it. It does indeed look like a graphics failure. However if you are using on chip graphics, that means your CPU as the graphics are inside the CPU.

If you would like to pursue this, I would like you to run several tests for me.
Please run both the long and the short test with Seatools for DOS this will tell you how
SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use

Also run a full scan with your anti virus and after that, please run these online scanners
    Scan with Kaspersky TDSSKiller:
    Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
    Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
    ESET online scanner:
Free Virus Scan | Online Virus Scanner from ESET
Free Online Virus Scanner | ESET

Also, please download and install Superantispyware, the free version SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware! and run a full scan with it and delete anything it finds.
