Work Laptop - 6 replacement machines, still getting BSOD

I work for a large company and seem to be at my end since nobody can help. Continually getting BSODs at various times. The issue is that the company has replaced the machine 6 times now and it's happening on every machine, when it's unplugged and usually on wifi or an internal broadband card connection. Thoughts? Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop, W7 X64, Intel I7 2.1GHz

You don't indicate which Lenovo Thinkpad model it is.

But ... most large companies image these machines with customized Windows OS and application images before giving them to you ... my suspicion is that since every machine is giving (the same?) BSOD that something is amiss is their custom image, and it is not a hardware problem per se.

I've used multiple Lenovo Thinkpads (currently have a T530) since they were IBM and have never yet had a BSOD crash under either XP or now Win7 64.

dminvestors because these computers are company owned computers I highly recommend using the company I.T. department only to solve your problems.

Doing other wise in my opinion would be considered hacking someone else's computer. If the company I.T. department can't fix it they will have to pay someone else to fix the problems.
That is their choice to make.

Ill add a disclaimer to my post. I figured he was IT but if he isn't, I agree, take it to IT or the company that is used to fix the PCs.

This is certainly true, but six passes thru IT has not fixed the problem, apparently. My suspicion is that the IT department is the CAUSE of the problem, and you need to escalate the issue with someone there has has a clue, not just a random support tech.

Otherwise you will just get another laptop #7 that has the same BSOD issue ... because it is not the hardware, it is some software they have preinstalled on it for you (like a buggy VPN driver for example ...).

The company that owns the computer makes those kinds of choices of who does what to their computer. It's not up to the employees they issue those computers to.
From behind my keyboard I have no idea what a employee is doing on said computer to cause a BSOD. It very well be something the owner of the computer doesn't want done on their work computers.

    To put it simple.
It's not the employees call. It's the owner of the computers call.
If 6 out of 6 computers are down and unable to be use to do the work the company bought them to do it won't take long for them to take action.

We do not help people hack their employers computers.

Thanks for the replies. to answer a few questions. No I am not IT but I seem to know more than the staff of 20 we have working for us and I have admin rights to my machine. The laptop is an X1 Carbon. We launched them about 6 months ago. Yes, we do use an image to build these machines. Even though none of the other 399 laptops in the org have had issues, a new image was built and loaded onto a new machine. I got that machine last week along with a new power cord and car adapter. We are sales people and move these machines around a lot. I won't do anything major to the machine without my IT's knowledge, but everyone is at a loss on this and I am looking for ideas/solutions as to what can be causing a BSOD on only my machine, 6 different times. Event logs show Kernel Power errors but that doesn't tell me much. I can send logs if that will help determine an issue. Any advice is appreciated.
