Hello, Hekate I will try to help you with this. These type of problems are often very difficult to pin down for certain. What every dump file I looked at said was
    Code:
    BugCheck 116, {fffffa800d163010, fffff88005e76f38, ffffffffc000009a, 4}
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
    Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+7a3f38 )
    Followup: MachineOwner
    Code:
    nvlddmkm
    start end module name
    fffff880`056bf000 fffff880`060d1000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys
        Image path: nvlddmkm.sys
        Image name: nvlddmkm.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Feb 05 12:01:37 2015 (54D3B001)
        CheckSum: 009D4DDE

        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
A code 116 is always a graphics driver/card problem. Your particular problem is a TDR failure. TDR means Time Delay and Recovery. The graphics driver crashed and did not recover within the allotted time.

I will need you to fill out your system specs in as much detail as possible. Please include your PSU and CPU cooler. Manufacturer and model so we can look up the components if necessary. This is what I usually give, but you have done a pretty good job.
Please fill out your System Specs

       Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. System Info - See Your System Specs

If you do not have one, you will need a utility that will monitor your Graphics card and CPU temps. Please give me the temps you are seeing during use. Also, is this only occurring with League of Legends? If so, it could be a problem with the game coding. You are not the first person who has trouble with that game.

Please also reinstall your graphics driver using this method NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems . See if it helps any.

If you open the side of the case, it will be on a white sticker on the side, listing the watts, Amps of the +12V and such. I didn't look close enough, I guess. If you have a Dell, you have the stock intel cooler, unless you changed it.

You should download it first, then double click it to start the install. When you get to the part where it asks Express instll or Custom, select custom.
