Random BSOD while Idle

I had several BSOD while I was using windows 8.1 all of the report says it was some sort of error with my western digital driver so i changed back to winwos 7 and I have been using it for a few weeks now with no BSOD untill just now while I left my PC idle and slept for a few hours.

I came back to a screen which said I just recovered from a BSOD, ind you i have spend like almost a 100 hours playing arma 3 and skyline the past few weeks with no problems at all.

So I hope you guys can find out wat is teh problem this time. THank you!

I have passed my ram test and now after narrowing all my causes I have a feeling that my My Book HDD is causing the BSOD since every one of my BSOD happens when I am browing the internet and it never happens when I am playing arma 3 for hours or any other game for that matter it only BSOD when I am I am idle or just browsing Google Chrome and also from the past report other support specialist like yourself said that it has something to do wtih my WD driver ( I thought ti wasan incompatible software thing but after removing the software and going back to windows 7 the problem still persists) so now I am running that seagate test on my My Book.
