BSOD with video. AuthenticAMD failure? WinDbg analyze -v attached.

    Hi all,

I'm a software professional but this one has me stumped. Typically when viewing video, either through Windows Media Center or streaming on Chrome, the computer will eventually BSOD. I have added Artic Silver 5 thermal compound and the CPU temp is at worst 52 degrees Celsius (typically at around 37-42 unless I'm streaming video), so I don't think it is an overheat issue. I suspect the video card or the processor itself, but I'm not sure what to do. I'm not overclocking.

Trying to not take a baseball bat to my computer as that will only fix the BSODs at the expense of nothing else working. But it is sorely tempting.

    System specs:
    MB: ASUS M4A87TD EVO
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 970
    BIOS: ASUS ver 08.00.15
    RAM: 8GB, I forget what speed. (4x2GB)
    Video: ATI Radeon HD 4600
    OS: Win7 Professional (x64), SP 1

Help would be super appreciated! I will even buy whomever solves this one a 6-pack as a token of my appreciation.

    Thanks!

As you have not provided the files from our bsod posting instructions it's very difficult to pinpoint the cuase of your crash, however 0x124 hardware errors are very difficult to track down and I suggest you have a read of the following posts to help find the cause -
