meddy05, if you're not comfortable with calling PCS or just aren't that bothered I don't mind getting in touch with them. It would be good to know what they did to fix the issue as Jack said.

You can get in touch with them if you like, I understand this problem was a bit convoluted. I have an appointment with Imperial Uni for some pre-medical jargon. So I'll try on the Monday coming because I'm rather curious myself! You can try doing it earlier than that to quench your curiosity. Thank you all again!

Monday was a Bank Holiday so I'm calling them right now.

EDIT: Been on hold for 25 minutes. I've ended the call because I can't get through. Bank holiday has ended I'm pretty sure.
