First make sure your computer is configured for Small Memory Dumps
Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Next, open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

See if you have a folder in C:/Windows named Minidump. If you do copy the last few dump files inside the folder. They are named by the date. Paste then to your desktop. Next, right click them and select send to > Compressed Zip folder. Upload them with your next post. You will have to provide Administrator permissions along the way.

    Hi essenbe,

I had peace for a couple of days after taking action proceeding with the steps you advised.

I then started to have a different stop error(stop: 0xA0000001) which is as attached below.
The error happened also during video streaming.

And the latest error i got was the same error 0x00000116, atikmpag.sys

I then proceeded with cmd scan and its done and windows found no integrity violations.

C:/Windows named Minidump copied and attached.

    Please review, thank you.

PuBEvo, The 3 dump files you uploaded were all your graphics driver. You do have switchable graphics, don't you? The link I gave you had a 2015 Graphics driver. That is not the one you are using. This is the driver that is installed now.

    Code:
     atikmpag
    start end module name
    fffff880`04cf2000 fffff880`04d43000 atikmpag T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: atikmpag.sys
        Image path: atikmpag.sys
        Image name: atikmpag.sys
        Timestamp: Fri Sep 30 20:28:45 2011 (4E866CCD)
        CheckSum: 0004E022
        ImageSize: 00051000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
The dump file also listed, as a cause of the BSOD

    Code:
    fffff800`00b9a698 fffff880`07efced9Unable to load image nusb3xhc.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nusb3xhc.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nusb3xhc.sys
     nusb3xhc+0x11ed9
That is your NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues with 2010 and earlier versions)
Due to the fact that your driver is a 2011 driver, I think it is logical to assume you have a 2010 or earlier version. I couldn't find a USB 3.0 driver listed on the HP website. Is the NEC an add on ?

Please update all of your drivers from that link (HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Support), if that is your laptop. Also, please go to device manager, expand Display Adaptors and tell me what it listed there or post a screenshot (Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums)

Also, please upload the BSOD posting instructions again.

    Dear essenbe,

Yes i am quite sure i do have switchable graphics, which i have seen it appearing somewhere a couple of times.
Below first attached is my Device Manager and how my Laptop is set up with another samsung monitor.

The link you gave me leads me to this page. HP Pavilion dv6-6xxx, dv7-6xxx Notebook PCs - Windows Serious Error: BugCheck 116 or 117 Probably caused by atikmpaq.sys | HP® Support
And the Graphic Driver it leads me to download is this page. ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55092.html
Which also tells me the date(EFFECTIVE DATE: November 18, 2011), and doesn't appear to be what you mentioned a 2015 updated driver.

The NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver, should be a driver i installed after a clean reformat which i have no idea if i needed it.
Do you think i should uninstall it?

Below second attached is the Driver which i am now going to try with.

That file says it was released in 2011 but was supposedly updated in 2015, so I don't know. You have listed a Renesas USB 3.0 controller. That is the NEC USB 3.0. NEC was bought out by Renesas a few years ago. So, you need a driver for it if you want your USB 3.0 ports to work.

I just tried to install this AMD/Intel Switchable High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver Version:8.15.10.2291 Feb 12, 2015 after using DDU.

I get a message telling me "Computer doesn't meet minimum requirements for installing the software"
How should i go about it?

As for the USB, i guess its less of my concern as i would like to prioritize the graphics driver first. Once i solve the graphic driver i can go back to fix the USB.

What that usually means is that the computer cannot detect the hardware, which may be the cause of your crashes. Go to device manager, under the Display Adaptors, right click it and select properties, go to the drivers page and click the button, update driver, and select search the web. If that does not work, do the same thing again and select Browse my Computer. You will get a search dialogue box. Navigate to where you downloaded the downloaded driver and see if it will take it that way.

if that does not work, try a system restore to a time before you uninstalled the driver.
