    BCCode 116. Happens randomly.

My problem is as follows: When the graphics card is in the machine and being used, the computer crashes. It needs no provocation. In fact, it can crash immediately (right after I log on) to a minute after I've launched a game. What I have done: 1. Replaced the graphics card with the same model (same problem persists) 2. Had the motherboard replaced 3. Tested the RAM by removing one stick at a time 4. Uninstalled and reinstalled my graphics drivers 5. Replaced the power supply I don't know what to try next. When I use the integrated graphics, everything is fine. I ran the machine using integrated graphics for over week and I had zero issues. But my brand new graphics card came today and a few hours after I put it in, the problem returned. I assume it's driver/software related since so much hardware has been replaced. Please help me, I would be so grateful if I could use my computer again.

Sounds like the card is failing itself.

As you are using teh onboard graphics (Intel HD 4600) right now and the BSODs occur immediately with the card, we cannot test the card right now. But a stop 0x116 is a display related bugcheck.

Test the card with any other computer and see what happens there.
