Computer will not shut down - after 10 mins BSOD

    Hi all,

I have found help many times by reading on this forum but this time I am stuck.

As the title says, the computer will not shut down and after 10 mins BSOD.
I have installed all updates. Used Windows Update. Downloaded new drivers and BIOS from ASUS but I have not been able to resolve the problem.

I hope that someone can help.

    Thank you.

    Brgds,
    Soren
