Random BSOD - page_fault_in_nonpaged_area ntoskrnl.exe

I used WhoCrashed to look at the minidump files. I have 2 reasons that show in all the errors "page_fault_in_nonpaged_area" and "Memory Management", both point to ntoskrnl.exe

The crashes happen 1 - 2 times a day and seem random.

The machine hardware and software have remained mainly untouched for 2 years and have been working fine up to a month ago. Everything is stock (NO OC). Has the latest BIOS. (AsRock N68-S UCC)

I ran the latest version of memtest for roughly 10 hours (6 passes) and have zero errors.
Nirsoft bluescreenview points to TCPIP and also the AMD driver along with ntoskrnl.exe.
I've updated the AMD driver to the latest version and still have had it crash.

Also the network and other drviers havent been updated and have been working fine for a long time.

I've ran Prime95 for 30 min without issue
I've ran FurMark video torture test for 30 min without issue
I've physically inspected Video Card for any bad caps
I've plugged PSU into tester, all voltages are within range.
I'm running chkdsk now to do deep scan.

Is there a better way to analzye the crash dumnp files? What are next steps? Thanks.

I think you can see the driver is pretty old and in need of updating. But, could you explain to me why your system specs list an Nvidia Graphics Card but it is always an AMD Graphics driver that crashes.

Also, there are files missing from the dump. Please re run Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions and upload the whole file.

The motherboard has Nvidia integrated graphics. Their driver pack for the bridges, network, etc I believe includes the vga driver. Later on I added the standalone AMD card which supersedes the onboard graphics. This then equates to dual drivers on there.

The AMD driver is old, but has been old for a while and always worked fine. The first thing I did was updated the AMD driver after WhoCrashed pointed to it.

After updating, I didnt receive a BSOD right away, but had programs crashing, such as Photoshop.
Therefore, I thought it could possibly be a bad video card? I torture tested it, and checked the caps on the card, but no immediate signs of an issue.

For the log files, I did not remove anything, that's what the output was from the program.

I have removed the video card and ordered a new SSD. Once I install the SSD and load new OS, and will be using only the onboard graphics, I will torture test for extended period and write back results. Thanks!

I disassembled the entire computer which was EXTREMELY dusty and used countless canned air and Clorox wipes (where applicable). I reassembled the entire computer exactly the same but with a new SSD as the only different component. Loaded a fresh install of Windows 8.1, used Microsoft supplied drivers for the video card and all components. Did not install any of the nForce drivers. I've ran a couple hours of Prime95 with no errors and have been using it a day without any issues.

I guess there was a software conflict on the old setup, even though no drivers were touched for a year and I just started having an issue. Even after updating the Windows 7 AMD driver, I still had issues. The old drive appears to still have been ok as well after running extended chkdsk.
Also, there was dust inside the Video Card slot, PCI slots, etc, Not sure if this could have caused an issue?

Looks like a thorough cleaning, a fresh format, and default drivers worked. Thanks for all the help!
