I hope it was a one time thing and you have no more. If you are overclocking anything, I would set it back to defaults and test it for a while. Sometimes stable overclocks become unstable over time, and need to be redone. You can reduce the size of your backups with images. Some reduction anyway.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Yea last night I turned everything back to optimal settings. I knew it was over clocked for many years. Some of my data is old projects which are on hdd's that are disconnected. Everything is running fine now, I will post something if I get further problems related to the my first my post.
