It apprars to be a network blockage resulting to a BSOD.

And two things are involved in it.

First, Fortinet FortiClient Antivirus Web Filter Driver
    Code:
    fffff880`0c10eec8 fffff880`08df5339Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\FortiWF2.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for FortiWF2.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for FortiWF2.sys
     FortiWF2+0x3339
Second, Trend Micro WFP Callout Driver.
    Code:
    fffff880`0c10f018 fffff880`08c23ea5Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\tmwfp.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for tmwfp.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for tmwfp.sys
     tmwfp+0xcea5
I would suggest you to uninstall both the Fortinet FortiClient and Trend Micro. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Let us know for any further BSOD.
