Stop 0x124 is a "special" type of BSOD. More info:

    Sorry for late posting...

    All drivers are up-to-date.
These crashes started when I bought this Club3d Hd4850 gpu from my friend.

And I can run furmark about 50min. and 3dmark06 tests. These crashes happen only when I'm playing new games (except call of dutys and old games).

    And I installed os again...

Then the GPU is at fault, and possibly why he sold it to you to begin with.

Well there is warranty. And it have been in the store where it was bought, but they didn't find any faults in the gpu.
Seems that when I underclock my gpu it works fine (or I can play longer without crash). So what should I do?

Use ATI Tray Tools to max out the fan while playing.

I have turn fan from auto to 100% in CCC, but still crashes...

Gpu temp. is about 60c when playing and 40c idle.

Post a new crash dump and we'll see if we can notice anything.

Yep. Same 0x124. I'd ditch that video card for one that works.
