The USB video capture device is causing the BSODs.

Try to update the driver to it.

Cannot be more specific to the driver update due to lack of data in your upload.

EDIT: You may search here for the driver update: Download | eMPIA Technology Inc.

Possibilities are there, depending on the old age of the computer. It may not take a load.

If you report any further BSOD, do it following Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions so that the zip include all the files there.

With only 2 gigs of ram using Windows 7 Ultimate/64 you lucky to get anything done.

How long have you had Windows 7 Ultimate/64 installed and where did you get Windows 7 Ultimate/64?

Then your windows installation is counterfeit. Dell's OEM is for use in Dell computers only, not on Acer.

And you can expect all sort of issues with a counterfeit installation. Troubleshooting will not help you to minimize the issues until and unless you are using any legit OS.

    Exactly what I though.
With a counterfeit installation you could of waisted Arc very valuable time trying to fix this system.

If you need help with installing a legal Windows 7 we have experts that can guide you.
