BSOD playing games such as league of legends. Error 0x00000124

BSOD playing games such as league of legends. Error 0x00000124

Bluescreen from: Error 0x00000124 from driver hal.dll

Just recently built a new PC, Hooked everything up; This is my 3rd PC build.

Essentially the computer kept blue screening during games and also bluescreens when watching or videos. - the steps I've taken to correct the issues are as follows:
1) Replaced Motherboard
2) Replaced CPU
3) Did memtest on both memory sticks, No Errors. Also tried 1 memory stick in different slots.
4) Erased / Reformatted SSD. Also reinstalled OS on HDD to test.
5) I thought the airflow is bad in the case so I installed more fans to pull hot air out. (CM Storm Stryker)
6) I thought the heatsink on the CPU is shitty so I replaced it with the corsair h80i liquid heatsink
7) Reinstalled the OS / Reinstalled all Windows Updates / Reinstalled Disc that came with motherboard
The motherboard is Asus Maximus Formula VI.

Is the power supply bad? I don't know how to troubleshoot a PSU.

I have two GTX 780 Ti and thought it could be that the games just do not accept SLI or that the hot air in the case would be causing the temps to crash the system. I also thought that maybe a 1000W PSU cant push two 780s; but EVGA Assured me that wattage would be fine. I now only use one card in the computer to test.

The temps during gaming of the CPU is at peak 107 Degrees "Fahrenheit"
The temps on the single GFX Card is 42 Degrees "Celcius"

I do not overclock, but the two GTX 780s are superclocked (Stock)
I'm pretty sure the BIOS is setup correctly ; I did not make any adjustments.

I have not updated the BIOS since I am a beginner and do not know how to perform that task.
I am at a loss as to why this error keeps persisting, a friend thats a tech told me its my CPU and to replace it; but as stated I have already replaced that component.

After about 4 weeks of trying to get it to work; I am at a loss.....
If anyone has some advise for me it is greatly appreciated beyond measure.

I have also updated all video drivers / also used the onboard Video on the motherboard to test.

I also flashed bios to the latest one which is for this motherboard 1603.

Issue still persists.
