Ok mate my mistake early morning doldrums.

Now Golden has already directed you to the graphics driver and these are some other driver updates on the Samsung site
NP355V5C (NP355V5C-A0EUK) | Support | SAMSUNG UK there is a graphics driver here I am not sure if it is the same as already linked but try it and as for the SATA problem it might be worth while updating the chipset.
The AMD site for that chip is here

Thank you for the reply. I already have an updated graphics driver so is it still necessary to download the one from the samsung site?

Well I am not so sure that the previous driver is the right one as you can see there are two links and not being an AMD fan I would be inclined to try both and see what becomes of the BSOD's. It is also worth trying out to see what the Catalyst Control Centre is doing too. AMD Catalyst

I would try the chipset in any case because there is still SATA controller problems. Have to go offline right now but will be back.

I have done both as instructed and it seems it hasn't bluescreened so far. However, at certain times it randomly freezes for like a second then comes back to normal which is weird. It's like it is about to bluescreen but somehow goes back to normal.

Ok mate well it might be as well to run those first two scans again - sfc and chkdsk as it may just be something just a bit out of whack.
