Hm. So I'm guessing that won't actually work then.

Are there any other ways? I really wanted to do a clean install to start fresh but I need Microsoft Office so I'll just update only instead if there isnt.

I see that my computer started off with about 933GB of space and now has 730GB left and I know I have a lot of photos and videos saved. I moved them to an external hard drive but it only got rid of about 40GB. Is there any way for me to know what's taking up the 200GB of space??

My main aim is to just make my computer run like new and feel less cluttered.

    (I'm sorry for late reply.)
