HAve had 3 events over the last 3 days with no common cause. PSA file as requested

Based on the single crash dump included in the uploaded zip, the BSOD was caused by the NETGEAR WNDA3100v2 N600 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter. It is failing because the driver is too old.
Search for any possible update to it in NETGEAR Support | Downloads. If available, apply the update.Code:Image name: bcmwlhigh664.sys Timestamp: Tue Apr 19 12:43:08 2011

Went to device manager and tried to update, system reportd that the driver is up to date.

No mate, I ran the install program it it detected the the driver installed is up to date.
