    Hello SevenForums!

It happens randomly, sometimes even when im just opening a desktop file folder or web browsing I just couldnt figure out what's causing this issue. Looks like your Intel Processor Driver is quite outdated
    Code:
    Image name: intelppm.sys
        Timestamp: Tue Jul 14 06:19:25 2009
Try to download the driver update from here: Intel Download Center

Meanwhile, do a hardware Stress Test

Enable "Round off checking" before the test (see first post below tutorial).

Bugcheck 124 is generally a hardware issue. Your CPU is showing L2 Cache errors. Very few software issues can cause this problem.

intelppm is your CPU driver which is being flagged trying to perform some operation. I would take a shot at downloading drivers again and reinstalling them

    1. If you are overclocking, stop now until we have a stable system
    2. Monitor your CPU temperatures with something like Speccy or HWMonitor
    3. Update your BIOS and Reset your BIOS to default settings
    4. Remove any BIOS/Driver utilities like Asus AI Suite

We can also do some testing just to be sure
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

If the above doesn't fix the BSOD issue, I would say its likely to be a bad CPU.
