Screens freeze without BSOD, event id 10110 and 6008

Hi, my computer randomly crashes at various moments. The screens just freeze but the computer keeps running. I have to hard reset every time it crashes. It used to happen very often but after removing drivers and updating them it's way less frequent. It still happens atleast once a day.

When I look at the even viewer I get these error at the moment of the crash, im not really sure what to do with these.

I searched a lot and didn't really find anything useful to fix the problem... Thank you for your time.

    Hi TuCkNy.

Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall Daemon Tools at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

    • Double click to open it.
    • Click this button only:
    • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.

    Code:
    Event[8619]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: volmgr
      Date: 2015-04-13T17:49:16.777
      Event ID: 46
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: Tucny-Pc
      Description:
    Crash dump initialization failed!
So there is a chance that it BSODs but crash dumps are not recorded.

Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

    Another thing .....
    Code:
    Event[5566]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Disk
      Date: 2015-04-04T22:29:25.956
      Event ID: 11
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: Tuckny-Pc
      Description:
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR2.
It is saying about the SSD, as the 2 TB HDD is set as the first disc in the ports. The conroller is native PCI IDE controller, which is not very matching with the SSD drives. You need AHCI there. Follow it: AHCI : Enable in Windows XP after OS install

    Report us after doing those.

Next, let us see if any driver is playing a role in those freezes. So enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers. Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

       Information
    Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

       Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

       Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

it crashed again. What is curious is that it reset my graphic settings in league of legends as if I never played.

It didn't create anything to record the crash in windows

Does it crash within the game only? If so, I would suggest you to consult with the game developer in their forum.
