Yes you'll be fine uninstalling them, most of it is basically bloatware. If the problem persists when they're uninstalled you can always reinstall them at a later date.
Okay, this 0x7E confirms there's a problem with either the SSD, SATA cable or the motherboard connection. As the drive has been tested the first step would be to try a different SATA cable as it's the easiest and cheapest option.
Code:KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a) The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR. If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185, it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure. If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because a filesystem failed to make forward progress. OK. It's definitely something in that area seeing as the Windows install and the SSD themselves have shown no errors. It's a possibility it may be the SATA controller on the motherboard but hopefully a replacement cable will resolve the issue.
