windows 7 BSOD problem

I have got a BSOD error thrice this month. Please note the last forum thread url:

Windows 7 Bluescreen error

I solved the problem by updating both the Intel Graphic driver and AMD display driver to latest ones.

I did attached minidump file to this thread. Please review it and let me know of the nature and risk level of this problem. Thank You.

Hello rajesh I found this (in red) and the nearest reference I can find is stuff related to driver organizing or firewall software or something similar. I found some links via Google which do link that system fault to malware at times.

Are you running any software that is supposed to keep the system running properly? I mean tools like the registry clean up and PC health types? As a general rule most of us stay clear of any of that sort of rubbish as they tend to cause more problems than they claim to cure.

Hi rajeshkc.

I agree with ICIT2LOL, it is some firewall blocking network which is causing the BSOD.

The driver and the firewall both are very uncommon ... I am guessing it is Viper?

So we need some more info there to debug the source of the issue. Upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.
  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
