I have not installed anything recently 2+ week, nor have I been running any special or heavy programs such as games, or any virus/mailware that I can find.

I were browsing on internet with chrome ( 5-8/9 tabs), turned my back on my laptop for 10 min and it was off. turned it on and i get bsod with the 0x3b error at the welcome screen. says Welcome and the loading wheel is running and suddenly stops and goes into the bsod.

I have browsed and tried many of the things suggested by people who have similar problems but so far nothing seem to be working for me.
I even found a hotfix for it on window's pages but apparently it doesnt work in safe mode, which im currently only able to access. so no clue if that helps or not.

I have also tried to update various hard drive software but with the exception of nivida graphic drive ( which I installed latest version, didnt help), it says I have latest software. I did a check: control panel, units/entities clicked on my laptop and click on each drive and made it search for updates that way - according to that I have the latest, thought I have my doubts.

Other people said use this or that program to help update drivers, fix issues and so on. however, those cost money to actually use 30+ usd each, which im not willing to pay as its no guarantee it will fix my problems and it will be money out of the window.

writing this currently at 2am so I wount check back here in the next 8-9h or so. for that reason dont expect a quick reply.
any and all help to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.

It is your Intel(R) WiFi Link 1000 BGN driver that is causing the BSODs.
    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff8800752e3be, fffff8801c61c480, 0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for NETwNs64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for NETwNs64.sys
    Probably caused by : NETwNs64.sys ( NETwNs64+2673be )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
And the driver is very old.
    Code:
        Image name: NETwNs64.sys
        Timestamp: Tue Dec 21 22:38:43 2010
Update it from Dell: Support | Dell US

Do one more thing. Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and the touchpad driver, SynTPEnh.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

Report us for any further BSOD after doing these two.

I tried to download intel driver updates and installing them in safe mode, however, didnt work. it needed access to windows update or something.

next I checked what was running on startup with msconfig. not very much as I have long ago turned off as much as I could. However, I did turn off intel proset/wireless on startup. when I restarted the computer no more blue screen and shut down.

then tried to use intel driver update utility to find and speed up driver updates. not much luck as it was only two that showed up in the list with automatic detect. on the other hand the chipset driver update failed due to error with language.

the second one were updated and is named: intel proset/wireless software. which is according to you causing my blue screen.

going to see if I can manually update some more and other drivers just to be safe for the future.

is it OK to turn on intel proset/wireless on startup ?? do I need it on in the first place??
wondering if I should keep it off startup to avoid blue screen again due to it, just to be on the safe side.

regardless if you answer my above questions or not, than you very much for your help Arc. blue screen is now gone and I can log in properly :)

    Saying things once again ....

    Deselect all items
other than the antivirus and the touchpad driver, SynTPEnh.

Intel does not have any update to that wifi driver. Dont waste your time there.
Search in Support | Dell US .... either they have updates or they have any alternative.

Hope you will understand what I am saying.

yes, I didnt find anything on intel with the name "Intel(R) WiFi Link 1000 BGN" so I used the " intel driver update utility" program to help me automaticly. It downloaded and installed "intel proset/wireless software version 16.7, like I wrote in my previous post.

now, after reading your last post I looked all over the place on dell support to see if I could find anything there and I did, though it took a while. I found an update I could download for "Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1000 Driver"(this is the name m pc called the it/named the driver) last updated in 2013 with version 13, however, it seems that one is older version of the "intel proset/wireless software version 16.7. " which I have already installed after your first post. and according to message I got, I cant install the version 13 driver as the computer cant downgrade.

in msconfig the only thing now running at startup is:
    synaptics pointing device driver
    microsoft security client
3x intel(r) common user interface (turn these three off too ? )
    - from what I can see their all connected to the Intel graphics driver. they can be disabled but will lose some functionality - which functionality or if I need them I am uncertain of.

No functionality will be lost. Speed and stability will be gained.

About the driver, let us see how it goes after the update.

I think it would be better if you have taken a time before marking it as solved. :) At lease a week would have been a good time for observing the situation.
