BSOD Kernel Data Inpage Error with "0xc000009c"

Used to have BSOD issues a few months ago that seemed to resolve itself with chkdsk, now it's happening more frequently. For example last night I was on skype and watching something on youtube, it gave me the Kernel error with "0xc000009c". BSODs will happen doing anything and everything.

    I've attached the files needed.

I appreciate any help I can get! Thanks!

There are no dump files in your logs. Can you perform the following steps to ensure Windows is set up to write dump files on BSODs.

    1. Open Advanced System Settings
    2. Click on Settings in Startup & Recovery
    3. Make sure both boxes indicated below are checked
    4. In the dropdown box ensure you're set to record Small Memory Dumps

You're right, it had "Kernel Memory Dump" selected instead of "Small Memory Dump". Changed it, do I need to do anything else?

Wait until your nest BSOD then run the DM Log Collector again and upload the new .zip file.

Went a week without one, was too good to be true. New logs posted here and updated in OP!

Unfortunately there are still no dumps in the logs, can you double check the settings in post #2 and confirm your machine is set to record Small Memory Dumps.

Yup, it's set to that. I double checked it before updating as well. Is there a reason it wouldn't save the dumps?

Can you download the .BAT file below, run it and post the resulting .TXT file in your next post.

When I click the link it brings me to a page that says I don't have permission to view.
